President-elect Biden, Vice President-elect Harris, and their spouses held a moving tribute to the over 400,000 Americans who have died from Covid-19. The memorial was held on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. It such a beautiful setting. Lanterns lined the Reflecting Pool and were lit to represent those who have passed. One of those lanterns represents my dear friend, Bob Coleman, who passed in October 2020.
The view of the Reflecting Pool with the Washington Monument and US Capitol in the background is just amazing.
