Isolation Day 38 - States Reopening?

I have no update on Connie or Bobbie today. Connie is scheduled for another Covid-19 test tomorrow and Bobbie is still hanging on. Thank you for your prayers.

So Georgia, which is not following Trump's reopening guidelines, and some other states are starting to open up a bit starting on Friday. Although it's likely, I certainly hope there is not a rebound of infections there.

I watched the movie Apollo 13 starring Tom Hanks. It's a great movie about the Apollo 13 space craft that experienced a near catastrophic failure after launch, and successfully returned to Earth because of the brilliance of the crew and mission control staff. 8.5 out of 10 stars.

I watched the movie My Cousin Vinnie starring Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomei. It's a very funny movie about Vinnie (Pesci), an unproven attorney, who defends his nephew and friend against murder charges in Alabama. Both Pesci and Tomei are fantastic as hardcore New Yorkers who navigate their way through the legal system and Alabama culture. 9 out of 10 stars.

Here's McCartney being all cute and purring as she gets brushed.

Here's a throwback photo of our Friday night crew at the Village Cafe restaurant the week before it closed for good. We all had dinner at the Cafe nearly every Friday night for over 20 years. Great times with great friends (the Coleman's, Piazza's, McLeod's, and the Meyer/Bearor's and our offspring)!

And in closing, Shelly and I were in Orlando for one of her conferences and Train was the featured entertainment. Here they are performing "Drops of Jupiter."
