Kate and Bob Coleman, Kevin and Julie McLeod, Deb Bearor and Tom Meyer, Shelly and I had our virtual Beer Monday via Facebook Messenger Rooms. It's the first time we've all been on, and the first time we've all seen each other since January or February I think. We caught up with each others lives and had an enjoyable hour online.
Shelly's making sauerbraten. The rump roast has been marinating for three days and has 4 more to go. I bring it in to kitchen from our refrigerator in the garage each day so Shelly can turn it over in the marinade. She will also make rotkohl, a sweet and sour red cabbage, and spaetzle. So we'll have a nice German meal later this week. Yum in waiting!
CBS has brought back the CBS Sunday Night Movie, so I watched Raiders of the Lost Ark starring Harrison Ford. Everyone has seen this move and it is great, even on the 15th or so watch. 9 out of 10 stars!
