We sat at the beach for a little more than an hour today, and the weather was beautiful. It was really nice watching the waves hitting the beach.
Watched The Matrix Revolution starring Keanu Reeves as Neo and Laurence FIshburne as Morpheus. Neo discovers that somehow he is able to use his powers in the real world too and that his mind can be freed from his body, and as a result he finds himself trapped on a train station between the Matrix and the Real World. Meanwhile, Zion is preparing for the oncoming war with the machines with very little chances of survival. Neo's associates set out to free him from The Merovingian since it's believed that he is the One who will end the war between humans and the machines. What they do not know is that there is a threat from a third party, someone who has plans to destroy both the worlds. Again, this third movie of the trilogy was not as good as the first, getting just 6.5 stars out of 10.
We ate the crab cake and crab soup from The Crab Bag restaurant we picked up yesterday. It was quite good.
Listened to American Top 40 with Casey Kasem from this date in May 1979. Here's the top 10 songs.
We watched the NASA/SpaceX rocket launch. It was great to see American's launch into space on an American rocket.
Here's a throwback photo of Melissa and me during our December 2011 trip to Paris.
And in closing, one of my favorite bands of the late 60's/early 70's, The Guess Who perform "No Sugar Tonight."
